Ben Aaronovitch tackles PG Wodehouse and more

Another delight in the Rivers series. A young Nightingale visits the magical NewYork Jazz Age of the Harlem Renaissance. Told by a richly reimagined Bertie Wooster (with the bits that PG had to leave out) and so many other literary and cultural references, I kept smiling with joy all the way through. Kobna Holbrook-Smith did a great job with the accents and voices, as always. I wouldn’t start with the series here but it’s a great one for the fans.

    Hilarious good time

Who doesn’t love a magical jazz and drag romp in 1920s New York? This was very entertaining, and had some great laugh out loud moments .
