brilliant except for the whispering.
Brilliant narrative, great fun to follow this hand of characters.
The narrator is excellent, but if I may offer some constructive critique – when Joyce is speaking or thinking – the narrator whispers – although this conveys Joyce’s humble, hesitant character, it becomes difficult to hear clearly.
