Publisher's Summary

I was dreading the Cunningham family reunion even before the first murder.

Before the storm stranded us at the mountain resort, snow and bodies piling up.

The thing is, us Cunninghams don't really get along. We've only got one thing in common: we've all killed someone.

My brother.

My step-sister.

My wife.

My father.

My mother.

My sister-in-law.

My uncle.

My stepfather.

My aunt.

Me.

    A killer read

A clever and wonderful read. A whodunnit with so many twists and turns that I almost needed a chiropractor. The narrator actually speaks to the reader as if you’re right there and even tells you what chapters the murders will happen. All the do’s and don’ts of writing a murder mystery are laid out and he makes sure he keeps to his word throughout the book, helping you solve the mystery (but he still manages to get plenty of surprises in).

A superb read (or listen if on audible – Barton Welch did a fabulous job) that has me now looking up Benjamin’s other titles.

    Utterly unique

Such a unique crime novel! Stevenson has written this from the perspective of a survivor who has written a crime novel about his experiences, who is then describing the book and his experience to you the audience. So unusual but such an interesting narrative style. Completely recommend this book, even if only to hear this totally different approach to crime novels.
