    Helping to reclaim movement and strength

    Loved this book and keep re-listening to chapters as they become more meaningful with each lesson and with my progress in implementing the method. Loved the approach and the author’s narration is great – feel like he is in my corner! I’ve now a floor dweller and am even hanging on a Kmart doorway lift bar daily. I’ve been doing the method for 8 weeks, am approaching 60, and can sit cross legged on the floor!!! Could only hold my own body weight on the chin lift bar for 2 seconds twice a day when I started and after 6 weeks can do three 20 sec “hangs” a day. Amazing change in how my body feels. Can’t praise the method and the book enough.

    The accompanying pdf is ok for some of the postures described etc but a bit more detail on the pdf would have been good.
