Great listen
Interesting, informative and covers many topics. I learned a lot from this book and I think it be valuable to all generations. It is concise and easy to understand. The performance is very good. My inner monologue is Scottish now

Depressing and Defeatist
Dr Norman Swan seems to know what is good for him but fails to put much of it – if any – into practice. If he lacks the motivation to implement healthy habits and balance in his own life, what chance does he stand of motivating the reader? This book is however probably a worthy choice for defeatists looking to feel better about their own nutritional and exercise inaction. This audiobook is likely medically accurate but it’s also rather depressing, defeatist and altogether uninspiring.
